Mr. Huang Zhubing began his journey in the precast industry in 1990, providing specialized labor sub-contracting services. His dedication and vision led to the establishment of Jin Cheng Building Construction (“JCBC”) in 1994. With over 30 years of diverse and in-depth experience, Mr. Huang has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and success. He oversees several key aspects of the Group’s operations, particularly labor management, ensuring that the company consistently meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Mr. Huang firmly believes that creating a sense of belonging in the workplace significantly enhances employee performance and dedication. Mr Wong Pat Chii

Managing Director

Mr. Wong Pat Chii has been a vital member of Jin Cheng Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd since October 2010, significantly contributing to the company’s expansion and workforce development. His strategic vision and leadership were crucial in the establishment of Jin Cheng Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd (“JCEC”), guiding the company to become a major player in the precast industry. Under his direction, JCEC has achieved remarkable growth, captured a substantial market share and set new industry standards for excellence and innovation.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Adelaide in Australia and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. He is a staunch advocate for diversity, believing that embracing new ideas and challenges is key to fostering innovation. This belief has shaped his leadership approach, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. By promoting a culture that values diverse perspectives, Mr. Wong has driven JCEC to continuously innovate and excel, ensuring its position as a leader in the precast industry.

Mr Lam Kek Chee

Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Ricky Lam’s entrepreneurial journey began with humble beginnings as a precast foreman at Shimizu Precon in 1986, followed by roles at Hong Leong Manufacturing Industries and various precast subcontractors. In 1994, he established Jin Cheng Group, marking the inception of his visionary leadership in the construction industry. With a keen understanding of the market and a relentless drive for innovation, Mr. Lam has steered Jin Cheng Group to remarkable heights of success. In 2012, he further solidified the company’s presence by establishing the first precast plant in Senai, Johor, Malaysia, followed by another in Ulu Choh, Johor, Malaysia in 2018. Mr. Lam’s strategic foresight, combined with his extensive experience in precast construction, has been instrumental in positioning Jin Cheng Group as a leader in the industry.

As the founder and deputy managing director of Jin Cheng Group, Mr. Lam’s expertise extends beyond mere construction operations. His proficiency in networking, business acumen, and adeptness in office management has played a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and success. Mr. Lam’s hands-on approach to operations ensures streamlined processes and effective resource utilization, while his keen business sense enables the identification of new opportunities for expansion and diversification. Mr Peng Guangzheng

Operation Director

Mr. Bruce embarked on his professional journey with Jin Cheng Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd, Jin Cheng Pte Ltd, JCEC Concrete Sdn Bhd, JCEC Engineering Sdn Bhd, and JC Development Sdn Bhd in September 2014, assuming roles as director, project director, and shareholder in the same year. His multifaceted skill set encompasses project management, design, and computing, which have been honed through his extensive experience in the construction industry. With a Master of Science in International Construction Management from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, Mr. Bruce brings a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to his endeavors, ensuring the successful execution of projects across various domains.

As a director and project director, Mr. Bruce plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the organizations he serves. His adept project management skills enable him to navigate complex challenges and deliver projects on time and within budget, while his design acumen ensures the implementation of innovative solutions that meet client requirements. Additionally, his proficiency in computing enhances operational efficiency and facilitates seamless communication and collaboration within project teams. Datuk Dr. Caven Lam, a distinguished leader with a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Infrastructure University UPM, commenced his journey with JCEC Concrete Sdn Bhd in 2012, ascending to the position of director in the same year. As a testament to his commitment and expertise, Dr. Lam stands as an equal shareholder alongside esteemed colleagues Mr. Wong Pat Chii and Huang Zhubing. With a rich tapestry of over 28 years of experience in joint ventures and employment, Dr. Lam brings a wealth of knowledge to the company’s strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
